UK DELIVERY AND POSTAGE
We aim to dispatch all orders where goods are in stock within 24 hours of receipt, however occasionally it may take up to 48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days* from dispatch. Please note we do not dispatch at the weekend or bank holidays.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 DAYS FOR DELIVERY AT THIS BUSY TIME!
If you need your order very quickly, we also offer a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service. This service is available up until 12pm daily, Monday to Thursday for dispatch the same day. Delivery will be the next working day. Orders placed between 12pm on Thursdays and 12pm on Friday using the Guaranteed Next Day Service will be delivered on the Monday following the date of the order. Orders placed between 12pm on Friday and 12pm on Monday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on the Tuesday following the date of the order. Please select the Guaranteed Next Day option during the checkout process if you want to use this service.
* please note these times are not guaranteed. We cannot re-send goods until 10 working days have passed from the date of dispatch.
If we have a valid email address on record for you, you will receive a confirmation email from us once your goods have been dispatched.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY AND POSTAGE
Stock that is delivered overseas will be charged on a weight basis.

RETURNING GOODS
If you are not 100% satisfied with any product, for any reason you can return it to us within 28 days for an immediate exchange or refund of the purchase price. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. We do ask that you pay the postage to return goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to post any goods we send back out to you.
The main way to return goods to us:
Return via Royal Mail Standard Delivery - this is usually the cheapest way to return goods (unless they are very large or you are returning more than one item). This option requires you to re-pack your goods and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to purchase stamps to cover the cost of the return. We always suggest that you obtain a Proof of Postage just in case the parcel goes astray.
Don't forget to include your sales invoice so we know who the parcel is from!

US DELIVERY AND POSTAGE
Standard delivery within the US will be sent using UPS and will take between 3 and 4 days. The cost of delivery will be determined by your postcode and the numbers of items you purchase. When returning items we always suggest that you obtain a proof of postage just in case the parcel goes astray.
Refund - If you are not 100% satisfied with the product we ask that you return them in the same condition they were sent out in stating the reason you would like a refund. If we feel that you have not followed our refund policy we have reserve the right to refuse a full cash back refund.
Exchange - If you feel the need to exchange your item we ask that you return the product in a re-saleable condition stating why you have returned the item and which and which item you would like to change for it. If this item is out of stock you will be contacted by our sales team.
