Standard Delivery UK - Delivery will be between 3-5 working days from dispatch. Next working Day Delivery UK - Guaranteed before 1pm next day if placed before 11am on Monday - Thursday. International Delivery - Dependant on zone. Can take up to 3 weeks from dispatch. Please note all delivery times are subject to product availability and credit card authorisation.
We strive to process and dispatch all received orders within a maximum of 5 working days. However during "Sale" periods we are extremely busy and delays can occur. Please be assured we will always dispatch your order as soon possible. Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may return the footwear to us for an exchange, refund or replacement. Goods must be returned within 21 days of dispatch of order. This period will be extended for any gifts bought over the Christmas period. We will issue the refund, including any postage you have paid or incurred returning the product to us, as soon as possible and at the latest, within 30 days of agreeing to give a refund. If you require a size or style exchange, goods must be returned to us with 21 days of dispatch of order, unworn. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Return postage to us must be paid for by the sender. redfoot® is governed by and complies with UK law - details of these laws can be found at the website of the Office of Fair Trading and the Department of Trade and Industry. We will correct any mistakes on bills, receipts and payments as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval. Please note returns on sale items will not be accepted unless the products are damaged or faulty.
